President Trump Is Free To Bring Decisions About Muslim Immigrants

President Trump gave liberals something to worry about at the very first moment he signed the executive order that bars immigrants from seven Muslim-majority countries. This order brought many controversies, but the President was just doing his job.

Liberals have a hard time getting used to the fact that Donald Trump took oath in office. They gathered in the streets, and chanted against him. And now the FBI investigation took the Mayor of Berkeley out of his office. The immigrant issue is almost done.

It’s funny how liberals won’t just give up, and keep inventing something new every day. Do they gain success in bashing the President? Absolutely not.

From Law Newz:

“In a major blow to the ACLU, a federal judge in Boston refused to extend an order which temporarily put a stop to a portion of Trump’s controversial “extreme vetting” immigration order. Judge Nathaniel Gorton, a President George H.W. Bush appointee, decided not to renew the temporary restraining order which was set to expire on Sunday.

This ruling is significant because it is the first time that the Trump administration has scored a victory after a series of orders nationwide slamming the ban.”
The ACLU asserted the Order in question violated the Establishment Clause of the United States Constitution because it favored Christians over Muslims. But the judge wasn’t buying it.

Gorton said nothing in Trump’s order “compels a finding that Christians are preferred to any other group.”

There is nothing similar between the constitutional rights provided to non-citizens in America and outside our borders:

“The decision to prevent aliens from entering the country is a ‘fundamental sovereign attribute’ realized through the legislative and executive branches that is largely immune from judicial control.”

This gives our President every right to make decisions on the immigration issue, and the court can’t do anything about it. In other words, we got the real President at the right time.

What do you think about this success? What will liberals do now?
