Donald Trump To Attend The Annual NRA Convention
Donald Trump just made American history and did what no president did before him!
Namely, Trump was set to speak at the The National Rifle Association‘s yearly leadership forum.
The announcement was first dropped by NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action’s executive director Chris Cox via Twitter on Friday.
The president is scheduled to appear at the conference on April 28 in Atlanta, Ga.
The event will kick off April 28 in Atlanta, Ga.
As you know, the NRA endorsed Trump during the election campaign. and supported his decision to support the Second Amendment rights.
Trump will have former president Ronald Reagan seated next to him.
Donald Trump was very serious in preserving the citizens’ rights to possess arms. He also noted that Hillary Clinton wished “to repeal the Second Amendment.”
The NRA will have as guests many other pro-gun conservatives, such as Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke, Sheriff David Clarke, Sen. Luther Strange (R-Ala.), Col. Allen West [Ret.] and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas).
